How do I get started?

Design it.
Once you make the exhilarating decision to build your dream tiny home with us, we begin the design process. We find the perfect trailer size and floor plan and put our standard features in the design too start. From their you can customize or upgrade a wide variety of options. If you have a custom request that's not listed, we will try and incorporate it into your design. For simplicity we have provided a few popular options that have been sucessful thus far in our "Tiny Homes" section.

We build your dream!
Once we lock in your plans and design features we take an $8,000.00 non refundable deposit and start construction. We utilize a series of skilled tradesmen and professionals to begin erecting and crafting you new Tiny Home. The actual construction process takes 2 1/2 - 3 months to complete to ensure quality and complete all building inspections along the way. Upon completion we will do a final walkthrough and inspection with you to sign off. Finally the keys are yours, Enjoy!
